Construction

HULL

GRP hull is laid up single skin with structural stringers and floors to Lloyds approved design specification.

Built to comply with the requirements stipulated in the European Union’s recreational Craft Directive (EURCD) to meet design Category A – ‘Ocean’.

Hull colour white with cove line and double boot top lines in standard Oyster blue.

The stern design incorporates a bathing platform trimmed with teak slats and folding stainless steel bathing ladder. Teak treads in two transom step rungs.

KEEL

High performance bulb (HPB) external lead keel.

RUDDER

Fully protected skeg-hung rudder.

DECK

Deck structure moulded in GRP with balsa core. Teak laid decks.

Oyster Deck Saloon profile with ‘eyebrow’ styling.

Bulwark finished with teak capping rail with stainless steel fairleads.

Accommodation

GENERAL

Six berths in three cabins, excluding the saloon. Interior joinery finished in American White Oak with Oyster ‘millennium’ styling. Designed to be modern and co-ordinated, whilst remaining practical and durable at sea. Essential features include sculpted fiddles and grabrails, ‘shadow-gap’ joints between panels and Oyster custom knobs for lockers and drawers. Cabin soleboards in teak.

Surfaces in galley in formica – colour ‘Antique White Dust’.

Counter tops in heads in Avonite – colour ‘Sandpiper’.

Headlining in off-white vinyl. Upholstery in Alcantara: saloon & owner’s cabin - colour ‘Ivory’.

Lee screens on sea berths. Curtains to windows in all cabins in Standard Oyster White.

DOUBLE FORWARD

CABIN

With V-berth, provided with infill piece and cushion, under-berth stowage, hanging locker, shelves and lockers. Mirror. Watertight bulkhead door.

TWIN CABIN

With upper and lower berths, lockers and a hanging locker. Mirror.

FORWARD HEADS

SALOON

Features an L-shaped settee area with table to port, with a twoseater settee to starboard. The port settee forms a useful sea berth. The saloon table is designed to form, in its closed position,

an occasional table, with a matching fold-over leaf, supported by a removable strut, which opens to allow both sides of the saloon seating to be used for dining.

Access to the saloon from the companionway is down a set of oak steps, which are shaped and fitted with timber grab rails. Overhead central handrail.

NAVIGATION AREA

Forward-facing chart area at starboard end of saloon. Chart table can accommodate a half-folded Admiralty chart. Navigational instruments flush-mounted in dark grey Alcantara fascia.

GALLEY
